1. Scope and business use

This website is operated under the RePocket brand for retailers, resellers and other business buyers. These terms apply to use of the website and the enquiry process. The legal seller and transaction details are identified in the written offer and invoice for an order.

You must be authorised to act for the business named in your request and provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. If you are buying as a consumer, contact our sales team before proceeding. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

2. Stock, shortlists and bids

Stock listings describe available models, memory sizes, grades and quantities. Availability can change. A shortlist, bid or enquiry does not reserve stock or create a confirmed purchase. A submission reference acknowledges receipt of your request; it is not an order acceptance.

Your proposed unit price and quantity are reviewed by our sales team. An order becomes binding only when both parties agree the written order details and RePocket issues written acceptance. We may correct listing errors and decline a bid before an order is accepted.

3. Price, payment and order details

The written offer and invoice specify the agreed products, quantities, unit prices, currency, payment instructions, taxes and delivery charges. Check these details before accepting an offer or paying. We accept bank transfers via Faster Payments or SWIFT. Payment is due in full, in cleared funds, before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Approved account customers receive 14 days’ credit from the invoice date. Overdue accounts may incur interest and future orders may be placed on hold. Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect quoted prices; the agreed currency and amount are stated on the invoice.

Use the invoice reference when paying. Verify any unexpected request to change bank details directly with your established sales contact. Order changes or cancellations after acceptance require agreement with sales and may depend on whether stock has already been prepared or dispatched.

4. Used phones and grading

Phones are used goods. Cosmetic grades describe their appearance, and different grades can include different levels of wear. The grading guide explains our published criteria; a specific lot description forms part of the agreed order.

Battery condition, network status, colour mix, accessories, packaging and repair history are separate from cosmetic grade. Confirm any specific requirement in the written order. Website illustrations do not guarantee that every unit has the same appearance.

5. Delivery and inspection

Orders are dispatched within 10 business days of cleared payment, unless a different lead time is agreed at the time of order. We arrange tracked delivery through carriers such as DHL or UPS, or support collection using the buyer’s courier account. Tracking details are sent on dispatch. Shipping costs, destination and any special delivery terms belong in the written order.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer on delivery to the address provided on the order.

The buyer is responsible for providing a deliverable address and any import information and for duties or taxes allocated to the buyer in the order. Inspect a shipment promptly and report missing units, shipping damage or discrepancies with the invoice reference and supporting details. Keep the packaging for a carrier investigation where relevant.

6. Warranty and returns

All goods carry a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. Dead-on-arrival (DOA) units are eligible for a free replacement under the 30-day warranty. The warranty excludes physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorised repairs and misuse.

Warranty claims must include the original invoice number and the device IMEI. RMA requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery. Submit an RMA request with the model and problem for each device, or an attached return document, through our warranty page. Submission alone does not approve a return or guarantee a refund, repair or replacement.

Do not ship stock until our sales team approves the case, issues a Return Authorisation (RMA) number and provides shipping instructions. Returned units must be complete, in their original condition and free of account locks. Goods returned without authorisation or outside the applicable return window may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. The appropriate remedy is determined after assessment under these conditions and applicable law.

7. Responsible website use

Do not submit false requests, upload malicious files, interfere with the website, scrape private information, attempt to bypass rate limits or access the administration area without authorisation. Only upload documents you are entitled to share and which relate to your request.

RePocket’s branding and original website content may not be misrepresented as your own. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. Links to external services do not make RePocket responsible for those services.

8. Responsibility and applicable rights

We aim to keep information accurate and the website available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, technical faults or events outside our reasonable control. Please confirm material product and delivery requirements in your written order.

These website terms do not override an accepted written agreement or any mandatory legal protection. Nothing excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any order-specific allocation of risk, liability, governing law or dispute process must be stated in the applicable sale agreement.

9. Questions and changes

Contact RePocket at sales@repocketb2btrading.com about these terms, an order or a dispute so that we can investigate. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We may update these website terms. The current version is dated above. A later website update does not by itself change the terms of an order already accepted.
