1. Who we are
This policy explains how RePocket handles personal information through this wholesale phone website and our related sales and support conversations. RePocket is responsible for deciding how the information described here is used. For a privacy question or request, Contact RePocket at sales@repocketb2btrading.com.
2. Information we collect
When you contact us, submit a bid or request a return, we receive the details you provide: your name, work email, company, country, message, selected products, quantities and proposed prices. Return requests can also include invoice references, device models, IMEI numbers, fault descriptions and uploaded PDF or Excel documents.
Stock subscriptions contain your name, email and selected models or grades, together with confirmation and unsubscribe records. Please include only information needed for your request. Do not upload passwords, payment-card details or personal content stored on a phone.
Our hosting and security systems process technical information such as IP addresses, request times, browser information and error records. The application uses a protected identifier derived from your network address to limit abuse of forms and login attempts.
3. Why we use it
- Sales and orders: to answer questions, assess bids, prepare offers and carry out agreed transactions.
- Returns and support: to identify devices, investigate a warranty case and keep a record of its progress.
- Stock emails: to send the updates you choose after you confirm your subscription. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email.
- Security: to prevent spam, unauthorised access and misuse of the website.
- Optional analytics: to understand visits and use of the public website when you choose to allow it.
Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, we rely on taking steps towards or performing a contract, our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and securing our service, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent for optional analytics and stock marketing emails. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful use.
6. Optional Google Analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 can measure public page visits, device/browser characteristics and actions such as downloading stock, clicking contact links or successfully submitting a request. We may recognise visits from selected search, AI and social services using only their domain name, without the referring page path or search query. We configure it without advertising personalisation or Google signals. We do not deliberately send names, emails, messages, IMEI numbers, documents, bid amounts or subscription-link tokens as analytics event data.
Our analytics events use page addresses without query strings or fragments. Administrator and subscription-management pages are excluded. The analytics script stays unloaded until analytics is configured and you opt in. Cookie settings shows whether analytics is available and your current choice. Refusing or withdrawing analytics does not affect your access to the website.
See Google’s privacy policy for information about Google’s processing.
7. Keeping and protecting information
We retain business requests, order and warranty records for as long as needed to handle the matter, meet applicable record-keeping duties and resolve disputes. Subscription preferences remain until changed or withdrawn; limited records may be kept to honour an unsubscribe request. We review retention needs and handle deletion requests subject to those obligations.
Inventory import files are processed temporarily and are not kept as documents. Return documents are retained with the RMA case and are available only through authorised administrator access.
We use access controls, encrypted HTTPS connections, protected administrator sessions and request limits. No online service can guarantee that every security risk is eliminated.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access or correct your information, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. You may withdraw optional consent at any time and raise a complaint with your local data protection authority. These rights can be subject to legal conditions.
Contact RePocket at sales@repocketb2btrading.com to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Please do not send identity documents unless we ask for them.
9. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date above identifies the current version. We will request a new choice where a material change requires fresh consent.
