We accept bank transfers via Faster Payments or SWIFT. Payment is due in full, in cleared funds, before dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing.
- Approved account customers receive 14 days’ credit from the invoice date.
- Use the bank details, currency and payment reference shown on your invoice.
- Overdue accounts may incur interest and future orders may be placed on hold.
- Exchange-rate fluctuations may affect quoted prices. The agreed currency and amount appear on your invoice.

DHLUPS
Orders are dispatched within 10 business days of cleared payment, unless a different lead time is agreed at the time of order.
- Shipments are tracked, with tracking details sent on dispatch. We use DHL and UPS; collection with your courier account can also be arranged.
- Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or events outside our control.
- Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided on your order.
Shipping charges appear on your invoice. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.

Do I need an account to request an offer?
No. You can build a shortlist and use the enquiry form without creating an account.
Can I mix models and grades?
Yes, include different models, storage sizes and grades in the same enquiry. Combine the quantities you need in one shortlist and submit your bid.
Does a shortlist reserve the phones?
No. Your shortlist is an enquiry. Stock is allocated to a completed order.
